Dorchester County Pool

Summer Pool Season 2022

Pool Capacity for 2020 is limited to 200 patrons. Guests will be admitted on a first come first served basis. If traveling to visit the pool, it is recommended that guests call the pool at 410-221-8535 to ask about current attendance. All guests MUST bring and wear their own facial coverings to enter the pool facility and when placing orders at the snack bar. Facial coverings ARE NOT required in the pool.

The Dorchester County Pool is located on a 3.0 acre property at 107 Virginia Ave. in Cambridge, Maryland neighboring a 6+ acre parcel that is in the process of becoming Cannery Park. The Dorchester County Pool is scheduled to open to the public on July
1, 2020 and will close for the season on Labor Day in September. Hours of operation on Sundays are from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On weekdays and Saturdays the pool is open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

This pool is one of the region’s largest public pool facilities. The zero degree entry into the pool is a convenience for guests with a range of physical abilities. In addition, this pool features two slides, a snack bar for concessions, pavilions, picnic tables, tot-lot play scape amenities, and men’s and women’s shower and changing facilities. The Dorchester County Pool is home to the Dorchester Shore Fins summer swim team.
